Just arrived we have this great looking Alfa Romeo GTV Lusso with an unbelievable service record! Originally owned by my Uncle, who passed away in 2022, this vehicle was subsequently purchased by a local car enthusiast with the intention of using it for a European road trip. In order to ensure reliability, he spent in excess of £4000 having the car recommissioned. No expense was spared and many major parts were renewed, including all four tyres, battery, front and rear brake discs and pads (plus front calipers), replacing the original exhaust with a custom built sports exhaust system, carrying out a coolant change with waterless coolant and fitting HID headlamp bulbs. The car received full services in 2024 and 2025 and passed its MOT in 2025 with no advisories. The timing belt kit, water pump and balancer belt kit were replaced by my Uncle in 2020. The first planned road trip to the South of France was successfully completed in 2024, and the owner enjoyed the experience so much that he drove it to the Swiss Alps in 2025, again without issue. Due to lack of space, the car now has to be reluctantly disposed of. The bodywork can be described as above average for the age of the car, but there are some issues that the next owner may wish to attend to: Namely, there are two large areas of lacquer lift on the bonnet, some shallow dents on the roof, the offside front fog lamp lense is cracked and the offside mirror casing is corroded and requires repainting (please see photos). Structurally, the car is sound, having had no previous welding repairs to the best of our knowledge (this is born out by the MOT history). The interior can only be described as excellent. The current MOT runs until January 2026, but will be renewed upon sale. We also have a folder of previous maintenance bills, which are too numerous to list! It benefits from all usual GTV refinements including full black leather interior, air conditioning, 16" alloy wheels, ABS braking, traction control, electric front windows, electric mirrors, central locking, power steering and face off radio CD. This vehicle is a joy to drive, with a pleasing but not excessively loud exhaust note! It is also ULEZ compliant. We feel that it offers a great opportunity for its next owner, either in terms of being a very useable and enjoyable modern classic car, or a relatively straightforward restoration project to bring it up to show standard.
